General Delivery Information

Ondaatje Gems & Jewels offers free delivery. It typically takes 5 to 14 business days to process online orders, excluding Sri Lankan holidays. It's important to provide accurate delivery information, as Ondaatje Gems & Jewels is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or returned orders due to incorrect delivery details. If you realize that you've provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, please contact Ondaatje Gems & Jewels as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details. Note that orders cannot be updated once they have been shipped.

Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed, and a shipment confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped. Delivery time depends on the item(s) purchased, and special orders may take a minimum of 2 weeks and are subject to price changes due to gold market fluctuations.

It's important to note that all delivery times are estimates only and external factors such as extreme weather, public holidays, incorrect shipping details, property access, or shipping carrier delays may cause delivery delays. For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery of any package. Domestic delivery service will attempt to deliver for three business days before returning the package.

It's important to examine the package delivered and not accept deliveries if the packaging has been tampered with. You can open the package and check its contents before accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. If the package is empty, the contents are damaged, or they're not in accordance with your order, you should not accept the delivery.
